Taunton Camera Club is one of the premier clubs in the south west. It has been established for over fifty years and champions great photography across all genres. The club is open to anyone who is interested in photography what evert their skill level and however they take their photos.

We meet every Monday evening from the beginning of September until the end of May in a modern hall on the outskirts of Taunton, but also out on photoshoots and other gatherings. We run a varied programme of speakers, practical sessions, social evenings, internal critiques and professionally judged competitions (see our website for details of our events). When possible meetings are also streamed on zoom for those unable to attend in person.

The annual membership fee is £70 which is the equivalent to £2.00 per meeting, we offer a discount for couples and for students.

The club is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britian through the Western Counties Photographic Federation. For those who wish to, we can support Members pursuing a distinction with any of the governing bodies.
