WCPF Members Exhibition 2026

The 2026 WCPF Members Exhibition (MX) is open for entries. Previous entrants will have receive an ‘invitation to enter’ email, and a link to the entry system is available on the WCPF websites MX page (https://photoexhib.com/wcpfex/login.php ).

Timing

Entry will be open from 3rd January 2026 to 7th March 2026.

Terms and Conditions

The entry classes are 3 Digital classes (Open Colour, Open Monochrome, Nature) and 3 Print classes (Open Colour, Open Monochrome, Nature). The cost is £10 for one class, plus £3 for each additional class, ie £10, £13, £16, £19, £22, £25 for 1 - 6 classes.

The class definitions, fee structure and entry instructions will be available on the entry website.

Awards

The exhibition has PAGB Patronage and PAGB Gold, Silver and Bronze medals plus Selector Ribbons will be awarded in each class. Highly commended certificates will also be awarded in each class.

If the Gold medal in a Nature classes is not awarded to a “Wildlife” image a second Gold medal will be awarded for the best “Wildlife” image in that class. “Best Creative” trophies to be awarded across the Open classes in both the Digital and Print sections.

The ‘Margaret Aven’ trophy will be awarded for the entrant who gains the most acceptances across all 6 classes.

The Millennium Trophy will be awarded for the best overall image in the Exhibition.

Exhibition Venue

2nd May 2026 to 11th May 2026 - Stover Country Park, Newton Abbot TQ12 6QG

Presentations starting at 13:00 on the 2nd.

Favourite Image

As per previous years there will be a popular vote for a “Favourite Image”. The winner of the lottery will receive a copy of their favourite print. You may opt out of having your prints participate in this selection when entering your images.
